Movement is an aspect of everyday life and there are so many different ways we express movement such as walking, running, bending and squatting.


A thorough understanding on human physiology, anatomy and biomechanics is essential to be able to perform a clinical assessment that identifies meaningful areas for optimal performance. Some of the testing may include assessments in posture, active and passive range of motion, muscle performance, motor control, and balance reactions. Each assessment will be catered to your individual needs and requirements.
